In "Hot Blacktop" I decided to parody the song "Melancholy Hill" by Gorillaz. Because I knew this project was supposed to be "silly" in a way, I thought "What better way than to sing about the Cheese Touch". At one point I sort of ended up using a direct quote from the cheese touch scene which was "Good god, you almost got the Cheese Touch". I definitely struggled with singing and trying to remove the vocals. This project changed my view on parodies because its a lot more work than just singing on an instrumental version.
